We identified this hidden gem, 4700 square foot property with panoramic mountain views sitting on 7 acres at the beginning of the Pandemic and purchased it for $475,000. Having done deep market analysis, we knew this property would make an excellent vacation rental with some enhancements. The previous owner never established a permanent road, and would bring sand from the river to fix the road whenever it rained. We knew this was the first thing to address. PS built a 0.3 mile road by leveraging its local contacts and providing the proper drainage, pitch, ditching, and gravel base and finish to ensure a lasting, value-add investment. Throughout the past 3 years, we have further improved the road with concrete runners to ensure easy guest access, added a custom fire pit, additional parking, new furniture, replaced all screws and flashing in the roof, stained the cabin, and maintained it immaculately with both structural and aesthetic enhancements.
